The Staff are probably the best people we have come across in Bali. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manager Gede Suamba and his Restaurant Supervisor Ayu Supremii. They made our stay a very enjoyable one under difficult circumstances. The hotel is old and has gone through monetary problems , therefore the management are doing an excellent job with the little they have to make guests comfortable. The hotel is small and is ideal for adults as a base to explore from and to meet fellow travellers around the pool bar. we enjoyed our two weeks as we were there with friends. The rooms, basic with a fridge and TV,no coffee making facilities, but it is only 2 Star. Bathroom ok. Sister Hotel excellent, free use of 4* facilities. Ideal to mix both
Not enough sun beds (6 in total) and beach towels for guests., I had to ask every day for the first 4 days for a towel. After that the towels were supplied to my room. There was no where to relax to read a book other than your room. The top floor above the restaurant was un-utilised with a few table and chairs but there were no sofa's or easy chairs. no room on the deck around the pool area as breakfast tables had been put there. Only 6 sunbeds for How many Rooms?? Short stay ok, ask about utilising Gran Balisani Suites facilities, free shuttle, 4 ** much better for a long holiday.

A great hotel for people on a budget but still wanting to stay in a good location. The Hotel had everything we needed. Lovely pool, pool bar, buffet breakfast, air con in the room and close to shops and resturants
There wasn't always hot water in the shower and could have done with a high hook for the shower head. May benefit from a bathroom makeover.

Lack of cleanliness. Put in a poor room until complained and then put in a "nicer room" of same class (standard room). Mosquitoes filled the rooms. Used mosquito nets.

The design of the bunglows and garden is nice. However, many parts of the room structure need repair and maintainance ... such as the shaking bathroom door ...

pool is great, room is not bad (good value for money), there is a nice and friendly band playing during the evening sometimes.
No internet. No safety box inside the room. During heavy storms, expect to have some drops of water running through the roof. It was impossible to close correctly the tap, hence a lot of water was wasted everyday... please fix this!

We were not 100% happy with our bedroom, but the staff immediately looked for a suitable replacement and offered to move our luggage that we'd already unpacked - very helpful in this respect.
If I had to criticise one thing about this hotel, is the fact that the younger staff is a little inexperienced and their English is not very good, so when ordering room service over the phone there were mistakes every single time.

Very friendly staff, relaxed but efficient. Very helpful. Bar in the pool is a nice idea !!
It's not a very high grade hotel, but good enough to stay on holidays.

Breakfast is good but it will good if the hot sauage dish could alternate with another item eg. chicken fillet, easy to move around, good service, friendly staff despite the buildings which look run down - need a coat of paint, upgrade the furnitures, lightings etc
The room should be upgraded/improved - toilet sliding door was out of alignment, bath tub water choked & water seeped through & floor was wet, main wooden door needs to change etc. Should allow those who place cash as deposit to finally settle the bills via credit card. We were told that this was not allow, hence we can only only the balance for 2 rooms through credit card.

We were not welcome from the first instance we arrived at the hotel. I don't know why. Very arrogant and unfriendly front office staff.
